Joey, the lead, was the most thorough and creative in assessing the issue, and incredibly patient answering my questions. His team made quick work excavating 30 feet of concrete and digging 5 feet down to tap into the main line. Shout out to Joey's crew — Edwin, Juan, Marco, and Angelo — for the fast, clean excavation and backfill work. The piping and staging were done so cleanly and professionally that the city inspector praised Joey's knowledge and workmanship, making for a smooth inspection. I really liked the fact that he respects your property and takes extra care in cleaning up and it's clear he takes pride in his work. Their pricing is pretty competitive and they had flexibility in scheduling. I also corresponded with Angela via email on getting updated bids, invoicing, and scheduling. She was very prompt on email and followed up with me when it was needed. She was great at keeping me up to date on scheduling and times. Gabriel, the owner even came out to take a look at the issue as well. This company is very attentive, and cares about their customers. Others in my complex continue to cause them because they are just that good!
