My HOA appointed Cassidy roofing to replace roof on my condo unit since it has leak. Chad, I believe is the owner, was surprisingly very nice to care to call and text me when he got early opening to do it faster than initial schedule. His worker came Thursday 15 May to remove the old rood and came back the next day to place a new one. The workers team was lead my young man by the name of Rodolfo and also very very polite to explain.I met him only one time in the morning of Thursday. I left for work around 9.30am and did not get the chance to meet him again after they finished the next day because I work double shifts. Saturday morning finally I have the chance to see it and tried to compare with the roof on neighbors unit. Fyi, we are in a uniformed condo unit, basically all outdoor appearance looks exactly the same. I have no experience at all with shingles type of roof because in my home country we only used hardened clay or ceramics type. I can only see with an untrained eyes that it looks different from the rest of the other condos. IT looks uneven and the shingles roof did not reach to the edge. There is a black plate about 10 inches wide on the edge. Even my neighbor advice me to just call and ask whether it s still need some final touch, because he saw it as well. But again, we both has zero experience nor the knowledge about shingles roof. So Monday morning I was trying to get a hold on Chad but was answered by a lady (I assume also one of the owner, from her tone). I was trying to talk to Chad since I know he will be able to understand that not all customers are American and I believe he can explain well. But the lady did not get me Chad and she just said yes the work is final and it has been approved by her supervisor. I still wish I can speak to Chad. I do understand some works might not have 100% exact looks like the neighbors roofs but definitely anyone can see the new roof is not looking flat, bit wavy and there is wide black plate on the edge. And also I can see couple of steel ties on the edge. Hopefully this old man eyes (and also my neighbor who happened to see it as well and advice me to reach you) is wrong and I only wish that I have no more leaking problem. I believe the HOA chost Chad and Cassady roofing because you are the best. And Lady on the phone, please dont get me wrong, some customer just need assurance like a simple "trust me, it might look slightly different, but I can assure you that you will have no leaking problem no more 😁 ". And I didn't even get the chance to ask your name when you decided to hang up the phone. 5 stars for the politeness and works of Chad and Cassady team. What an amazing job they did. I’m a very picky person and I’m very hands on, because I feel people don’t do good work anymore. Chad and his crews did an amazing job. I was aware I had a massive amount of wood repair/replacement and that was a huge stress on me to get it all perfect. On day one Chad sent one of his teams with foreman Pablo and he walked me through everything he was going to do. I felt really good that they knew what they were doing. I could keep boring you with the details but the end result is, I’m so happy with the quality of work they did on my home/roof that I can’t thank them enough. My anxiety about my roof is finally gone and now I can sleep. Thanks again.
I havre been using Cassady Roofing for roofing repairs and maintenance since 2015. I have them do maintenance checks every 2 years to satisfy my home owner insurance expectations. This year I had them install solar attic exhaust fans which assist in keeping my home at a comfortable temperature without overusing my air conditioner. Quite a savings on my electric bill. Their crews have all been efficient, courteous and thorough. They clean up completely after their work is complete.
