So we decided to try this pizza place since weβve never been here. You can choose from a super thin (tortilla) crust or a thicker one. We got the thicker crust and you can get as many toppings as you want so we got half vegetables and the other half chicken. We also made our own salad. We liked that they have cucumber drink as well as others but a bit too sweet for my taste. The wait time was not long at all and the pizza tasted great. What we did enjoy was not feeling stuffed after eating. The staff were super helpful and attentive. The cashier even allowed me to pay for some cookies before we left instead of waiting in line.
i usually love coming to this location, but staff closing on 2/05 made our experience pretty bad. person making our pizzas was just throwing toppings on the pizza, some toppings only on one side of the pizza. pizza was undercooked too, and had to cook it more when we got home ππ i understand having bad days or being frustrated at work but itβs rlly not that serious bro ππ
It is everything you would expect from a fast-food pizza chain, but with higher quality. Also, the prices are better than those of other fast-casual pizza chains. It is a 4.5 in my book.
I'm cutting a little slack for this review because it sounded like they had a lot of new hires tonight. Could have been a busy night, but when we entered, we didn't get a friendly hello. Not only that, but the speed they we're working on orders was a bit slow. After we returned home and ate our pizza's. It was nothing less than your average pizza, although I wouldn't recommend the Calzone, as much. Personal Addendum : Bring back Deep Dish for a weekend special.
Essentially they make a pizza for someone in person then online then in person etc. so there were literally 7 pizzas in line in front of us. When it was finally our turn they allowed another customer to cut in line in front of us because they lost his order. It would be have been tolerable except after that person they put three more pizzas from online orders in front of us again. When it was finally our turn we told them we wanted the 2 for 20 deal and order one 11inch thin and one 7 inch. It wasn't until the very end after all the pizzas were assembled that they told us the 7 inch didn't qualify for the discount. Not at the beginning when they had every opportunity to clarify. We wanted to be considerate of the people behind us and didn't reorder but this was the worst experience of so many things going wrong. I am livid. Imagine there were only two people in front of you I. Line but you waited a good half hour+ to even order your pizza.
