The advertisement for the special is nothing like the sandwich that you get. There's not a lot of meat, it's greasy and there is no fountain drinks it's in a can. It didn't taste bad but it wasn't great either. They fry it and flatten it and it's not closed on both ends. I think they could improve it. But I think more than that, they aren't friendly or accommodating. Shawarma House and Zait & Zaatar are much better places to go. This place has a lot of good reviews but maybe the other food is better. The shawarma sandwiches iare very disappointing. The fries are meh. I'd choose wisely, my stomach didn't feel good afterwards.
Freshly made food with good quality ingredients served hot. Clean and nice decor inside, friendly staff. Really enjoyed the flavors of the food and the side dishes. Their service trays are wood do please do not throw them in the trash. Environment friendly establishment. I recommend this establishment and would like to hear your experience.
We are from Iraq and we were looking for restaurant that serves middle eastern cuisine, we stopped by Pita Paradise restaurant and it excelled in everything, the food was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the atmosphere very good. I had an amazing experience with Pita Paradise! On GrubHub, I ordered the chicken shawarma plate with both the regular and spicy hummus, along with the mixed pickles, and everything was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, the hummus was incredibly fresh and flavorful (I highly recommend trying both!), and the mixed pickles were the perfect complement to the meal. What really set this experience apart, though, was the exceptional customer service. The team actually reached out to me via text after my order left the restaurant because they noticed the delivery driver mishandling my food. They wanted to make sure everything arrived as expected and that I was satisfied with my order. That level of care and attention to their customers is rare these days and truly speaks volumes about how much they value the customer experience. I started off with their Turkish coffee with sugar and it was excellent. Strong, delicious and smooth. For lunch I had their lunch combo with ground beef and ground chicken. Hummus, pita and fries with a side of garlic butter sauce. The meats were tender, delicious, seasoned perfect and with the hummus it was a perfect pair. Probably the best hummus I’ve had and overall it was a satisfyingly great lunch with great customer service. I’d definitely come back to this place again to try their other menu items.
