Firstly the braces are giving good results only issue is I feel as though they’re RUSHING me to take them off. My issue here is the woman that removed my wisdom teeth there was being cheap with the ANESTHESIA so I was in a lot of PAIN so much so that the next day my calf’s were sore from how much I was tensing them during the wisdom teeth removal. I kept signaling to her that I felt a lot of sharp pain [like she had told me to] but she kept undermining me and saying “you’re going to feel a lot of pressure, it’s just pressure” straight up ignoring me do NOT get teeth removed here!!! Braces seem safe though.
Happy Dental Land is truly a gem. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the entire office was spotless and comfortable. The service was top‑notch — thorough, professional, and reassuring. Although no treatment was needed this time, we were genuinely grateful for the honest evaluation and the referral that led us here. Nothing happy about this place at all! Horrible service horrible Dentist. They take no consideration for your children and will pull their teeth and drill them without sufficient numbing. I took my child there and deeply regret it. What was even more disappointing was to find out from another dentist that the procedure they said they did was not performed appropriately or at all. I was also told that the procedure was covered by insurance, well this place said that it wasn’t and proceeded to charge me $900. When you’re in the waiting room, all you hear is children screaming not just crying, but screaming in pain. If you are referred here, I urge you to find a different dentist.
The location was very welcoming. Blanca was very warm and very thorough when providing information to me and other patients. I noticed with another patient she was doing everything she could to help them and provide them with enough information so that they could understand the process.
Customer service was awesome. The doctor was so caring and awesome. The staff was great. Got me in right away. Had an emergency Maria Nancy. Alejandra Blanca, everybody was just on top of my authorization and took my pain away as soon as I walked in one hour later pain was gone root canal was done so happy with this Office
