I don't know what Team Thompson the other reviews are mentioning -- not my experience in the least. All the reviews from the last week make me suspect someone with a beef trashing a great business. I have used them multiple times and they have aways been great in handling my autobody needs. Their price, service, workmanship, and communication were outstanding. I have used Team Thompson several times over the past few years even though they are not close to my home (because I like them so much!) The last time my car was hit while parked, with my children in it. I was so frazzled that I called the shop from the accident scene. They went WAY above and beyond, helping me with the tow truck, rental car reservations, and held my hand every step of the way. After all of that, my car was put back to new quickly. Needless to say, I am a very happy (and loyal) customer. You cannot find that kind of service every day!
