My car got hit. They replaced the bumper and it’s popping out on both sides. Apparently they don’t use oem parts. The also broke a panel off located in the trunk area. All the plastic tabs broken off. Panel was placed back where it belongs with out fixing it. I discovered it while washing the car for the first time. Will update this review depending on how the insurance company and crash champions resolve this.

She would text or call us in a timely manner. The texting is a nice feature if you are working and can’t answer the phone. Jose was very nice and took our vehicles in with no hesitation. Any time I needed to call and ask additional questions, Sherry would answer politely. I highly recommend for your next vehicle body repairs! I loved there services…They kept their promises, on time delivery, they update you time to time. Even they advice you what should you do for your good. Customer service is really good specially Mike. Only downside about my transaction is I had to pay the deductible as I went with my insurance not the insurance in fault cuz I need to fix my car as early as possible.
