I had a great experience with this collision center. Someone hit my side mirror, so I called Richard Kim and he responded right away and helped me get everything started quickly. When I arrived, Joel, the General Manager, personally came out to look at my car and explain the process. From the beginning everything was smooth, professional, and stress free. The quote to fix my car was very reasonable, and the turnaround time was incredible my car was repaired within 24 hours. The customer service was outstanding, from the front desk staff to the quality of the repair work. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I really appreciate how easy they made the whole experience. I highly recommend them if you need collision repair!
I have been really satisfied, with the service at this Body shop. Alfonso and Rocio, are so great in giving a proper estimate. The whole team working on my vehicle have been great! Quick fix car dent for Subaru Ascent, right driver's side quarter panel, above the wheel well. Dent, paint, and coat finish! All in one and hardmy noticeable. Awesome! 😊 _____________________________________ Back for a minor repair. LT R@I trim seal for the window driver's side quarter panel. Took roughly 45 minutes to complete. Great job! Once more without fail, excellent service! _____________________________________ On the month if May of 2025, my Subaru Forester was involved in a vandalism incident on the streets of Long Beach, while heading back home from work. From the photos the damage done was excessive on the passenger side winshield, to the extent of the impact occurring on the passenger side pillar trim. The object thrown ricochetted off the pillar and into the winshield. Took the car to a delendable body shop the next day. The repair lasted 3 and a half weeks. The fix: removal/install of the: winshield, insgrument panel, restraint panel, pillar panel, paint/coat, vehicle calibration, and all the liners and moldings, etc. Without fail, a job well done! (I noticed a couple of minor dents fixed on the left side quarter panel above the passenger side wheel well😉). _____________________________________ In the beginning of August, the car got smashed near the driver's side pillar, and caused significant danage to the winshield. This facility alao does glass repairs. Although, the window and calibration was quite extensive I had no choice but to order a replacement. 😬 Not at all disappointed with the calibration or winshield replacement. Excellent job!
