First time going to Cornerstone; was recommended by a friend after my catalytic converter was stolen and got it replaced the same day. I also went in the next week to get a shield for the catalytic converter and have had no issues since. Initial estimate seemed right on the mark; the final cost was a bit higher than desired but the mechanic provided good reasons for the higher cost. The staff was friendly and very willing to help, and they were excellent in their communication throughout the process. Would definitely return again!
I have a Nissan Rogue with 61,000 miles on it and am the original owner. Cornerstone has been the best mechanic I have had with my Nissan. I have had them for several years now, and they are helping me to keep my car staying in good condition. I am 72 y.o. and don’t intend to buy another car. A couple years ago there was some general work that needed to be done, at the time I couldn’t do it all. So they worked with me; gave me an itemized quote and labeled which was the more important to do first, so I saved and took my car for several trips to complete the list. They did not charge me for my diagnostic test, which was very nice. In the last couple of weeks had an engine light come on and they did a diagnostic test, it could have been a couple of things that would impact my gas usage, air flow and a few other things that I didn’t quite know about, and since they couldn’t Determine the exact problem they didn’t charge me for my diagnostic test, and continued with my planned oil change. These guys are a great Group of guys, friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to enjoy what they do. I am on the road again, with hopes that my car out lives me, with Cornerstones help. God Bless them.
