Top-notch service! I messed up my battery connection and blew the main fuse. Not only did they fix it quickly, but the owner recognized a mistake in the initial quote and decided too still keep the price ! He made it right, I was told I would Get my Diagnosis fee Essentially waved if I decided to do the work ( but it was actually supposed to Include the diagnosis Regardless; And the labor) but because he realized I was under that assumption by MISTAKE he honored the price regardless, He literally took less money Than what he usually charges just so he can be a MAN of his WORD ! Now that’s what I call HONOR AND INTEGRITY…Truly honest people who care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back! The discrepancy came from his mom who is such a sweetheart honestly, because mind you this is a family Business! So It’s okay mistakes Happens ! What doesn’t usually Happen is people Making things right… But they did ! So that’s all that matters to me! Even made me feel better about my mistake because honestly I was so frustrated Because I’m actually going to school For automotive technology and he told me not too worry about it, and that he made the same mistake a LONG time ago when he was barely starting out… so he’s also A great person not only as a mechanic, not only as a businessman… but also as a general human being W compassion !
