I previously wrote a glowing Yelp review in regards to their repairs on my wife's Toyota, and I felt that they deserved another review after the work they did on my Hyundai Tucson some weeks ago. Basically, my Hyundai's turbocharger was failing and going into limp mode. I'd already been charged a huge amount by a dealership, had them declare it "fixed" when it wasn't, so I brought it here. Repairs took a week and they went through all possible issues. The price was reasonable, the work was done RIGHT by Pro Techs, and my Tucson is now running very well. Also, they're unfailingly nice. I said it after they fixed my wife's car, and I'll say it again after they fixed mine: this is my new go-to for auto repairs.
Today I brought my camery in for inspection and spoke with Andrew . He was very accommodating and polite . They did not take long at all to run a full inspection , he was truthful and honest and he explained exactly what my car needed . I will definitely be going back .
I brought my rav 4 here to replace my brakes and rotors after my neighbor recommended the place to me. Prices are very reasonable. Great customer service. They had my car ready when they said they would. Great experience all around.
This place is awesome. Took my tundra here to check out the A/C issues it was having and they were on top of it. After they determined the issue and started fixing they realized another part of my ac was bad as well. These guys had it finished and were super communicative. Great price and great service from Andrew who helped me out throughout the process. They even fixed a loose floor panel that was damaged and didn’t even mention till I saw it days later. I can’t recommend them enough and will be coming back soon for scheduled maintenance.
Why, yes, I do use Pro Tech for my Toyotas , very good , reliable, and timely service. Andrew is the manager of the Harbor blvd. Shop and I've been a customer close to 15 years and the job gets done right. Also when the dealership in the city to the west started Acting funny about my warranty, I knew it was time to find a local mechanic and give some business their way. The one thing they are always busy, so take your vehicle early and the rest will be taken care of , no worries.
