Can’t say enough about how pleasant and easy my experience was! I live over an hour away and Constantine was kind enough to do not one but two virtual walkarounds with me. And when it came time for paperwork, Elvie was an angel - she helped me complete everything remotely and had my docs ready to sign when I got there. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! Since I first made contact with Misha and Constantine, we felt extremely confortable, a pleasure to do business with. I want to thank Constantine and Misha for making my car buying a simple process! I came in with a DCAP approval/loan approval and not once did they ask me for my social to get me a different loan through them. They took my word for it and emailed all the documents to my loan officer. Although we were given a 15 day time frame to finish the DCAP process, it only took a week because of how quickly the documentation was submitted. We are very happy with our vehicle as well, dapper provides the carfax, so you’re able to review before purchasing and that is exactly what I did!
