Genuinely one the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We called ahead a few weeks before arriving to get quotes on certain cars. After spending 40 minutes on the phone with Sean, we found a car we liked with a discount he provided. We paid half the price over the phone and the remaining half was due at the airport for pickup. At arrival, the people at the desk are arguing about the discount code not being valid and saying we needed to pay double the cost of the rental car at pickup. They ignored the receipt of payment, ignored the phone calls we provided and had the worst customer support I’ve ever seen. Truly these people do not CARE about your experience, your travel day, or anything that’s been pre planned. Everyone was so rude and so unhelpful in this situation with no regard to staying true to commitments brands give to their customers. It’s insane to me that there is no acceptance of mistakes or options given to smooth out the situation caused by THEIR people? You are better off getting a rental that is twice as much with people who care even a little bit because this was such a disregard of their customers and the commitment they make as a brand.
Reasonable prices and well maintenance vehicles. Great selection and service from all the employees here except for the fleet manager. There was a lot more exterior damage done on the car. No details of damage/online in pictures. He was completely unaware of damages and refused to discount the car not even by a couple hundred dollars. Very persistent on how fast the car will sell regardless of damage. Which I understand but if damages aren’t reported at time of posting why waste my time with nonsense. He was a typical sleazy salesman not sure how he was a fleet manager. By all means please avoid speaking to the fleet manager and stick to the sales rep he was very straight forward and helpful. If it wasn’t for Joe’s service I would’ve walked out and bought my car elsewhere. Thank you Joe Formeta for the great and friendly service, if it wasn’t for this man my review would be a lot lower.
