Happy to say I had an A+ experience buying a used car here. I was shopping long distance, which can be a little frustrating at times. But my salesman Jon Smiley (great name btw) went the extra mile answering all my questions, taking additional pictures of the car, and being my eyes and ears. He helped me arrange everything in advance so that when I traveled to pick up the car, the final signing process was quick and painless. I was respectfully offered some additional options, but with no high-pressure sales tactics, which I appreciated. Plus the car ended up being in even better condition than promised, and the sales staff was very courteous in following up and making sure I was satisfied in the days after. Overall this was easily the best car-buying experience I’ve had. Would do business here again without hesitation.
I would suggest all dealers to come & take a masters class on sales & Customer service. Just picked up a truck from Andrew Luna, emails communication was very clear, responsive and down to details. I ended up driving 1.5 hours from Santa Clarita to pick up the car & I am glad I did. He got me in & out in what I consider record time at any dealer. I want to also point out the paperwork part, I am not sure what it was called but all paperwork is signed on a large monitor on a desk , Makes it a lot easier for us to review instead of paper & smoothly move forward. All paperwork is giving in a USB I don't need to worry about scan to send it to my accountant.
