We recently picked up our first Cadillac here, and the experience was truly outstanding. Huge thanks to Marcus for his incredible patience. Even after the deal was finalized, he stayed with us to meticulously explain how to use Super Cruise and helped us set up the myCadillac app. You can really feel his passion for what he does as he wasn't just making a sale; he wanted to make sure we were experts on our new car. Special thanks to George as well. He was incredibly straightforward and sincere, no "games" or typical dealership tactics. Unlike our experience at other nearby dealerships (like the one in WC) George and the team were transparent, which allowed us to reach a deal very quickly. This was a stress-free and genuinely enjoyable buying experience. If you’re looking for a Cadillac and want to be treated with respect, go see Marcus and George at Simpson!

After spending over $100,000 on a vehicle from this dealership, I honestly expected much better service. My car is currently having issues, there’s an active recall, and it’s due for an oil change — yet I’m being told I cannot reserve a loaner vehicle. Instead, it’s now “first come, first serve” and you have to sit on a waitlist with no guarantee. This was never the policy before. It used to be simple to schedule service and reserve a loaner in advance. I’m a single mother of three with only one vehicle in my household. Not having transportation is not a small inconvenience — it affects my ability to pick up my kids and handle daily responsibilities. I can’t rely on Uber every day while waiting indefinitely for a loaner car. It’s extremely disappointing that after making such a large investment with this dealership, they can’t provide proper support — especially when the issue involves a recall, which is not the customer’s fault. Customer service and convenience should match the price tag. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience.

This is my experience with this company and I’m sharing because I hope they learn from it and don’t disrespect others and their cars like they’ve done to me. Step-by-step issues: My 𝓛𝔂𝓻𝓲𝓺 had been having battery issues before with colder weather and a service guy at this dealership said to come back when it happened again. The next time it happened, my car wouldn’t start. 05/06: Brought car to dealership There was an Enterprise car issue with not getting an electric car. The service member said she’d look into it but it would “take a little bit.” Never called us back. We went back the next day &she didn’t apologize for not getting back and didn’t show urgency on keeping me carless. Got a gas car, had to pay for gas. Fine. Whatever. 05/14: Car became available. Was constantly called to come get it, but I worked back to back to back 12 hour shifts. No way I could. 05/17: Waited 1.5 hours for a simple switch after being begged to come in. Service advisor said I had to wait for him specifically. I waited 1.5 hours. While waiting, I texted him and asked if I could get to my car while waiting. No response. After waiting 1.5 hours, I did go up and ask how much longer &he apologized for completely forgetting about me. 05/17, 05/23, 05/27: Consistently asking to get stuff from car. Finally responded on 05/27. 05/28: Was finally able to get stuff from car. Covered in bird droppings. One was so bad in paint I thought it was a scratch. Service advisor said it was “just bird droppings.” Bird dropping can damage paint and I am very protective of my car. I literally hand wash it myself and they let it get caked with dried bird poop all over it. 05/29: Recall came for Lyriq. 05/30: I personally emailed service about recall. 06/02, 06/16, 06/17: REPEATEDLY ASKED for recall check-up. No response. 06/04: Car finally got a tech after FOUR WEEKS of being kept in storage. I literally made a car payment for a month of not being able to use it because no one told me that my car was going to be sitting for 4 weeks without being worked on. Service advisor had originally said 1-2 weeks total hold time. Car sat for 4 weeks before tech looked at it. 06/09: Was told I had to give up the car I had because of a contract deal there was which I was never told of, nor did I see it on paperwork I signed after review. New car I was put in was not cleaned-had a dirty interior. Bad smell that I always needed windows down/ made me nauseous. And damaged my phone speaker when I put it in the charger (sticky stuff left in charger-not cleaned properly before giving to me). Then, I didn’t know my phone had stuff on it from the charger &I put my phone in my LV purse and that was damaged as well. 06/09: Service advisor took off for week, said I would be updated. I wasn’t. 06/17: Service advisor claimed car was ready for pick-up. I follow up myself on the app regarding car’s condition since they said it was ready. One of the charging issues on my original complaint SIX WEEKS AGO hadn’t been checked, car had been drained by 50% of battery it had when I brought it. Tire pressures were all low &I had to ask for all to be tended to. Then, FIVE hours after the FOURTH time I told my service advisor about recall, he said he just saw the “new recall” &car couldn’t leave today. I had been telling service myself for TWO WEEKS there was a recall &they didn’t look at it until 5 hours after they said my car was ready for pick up.

Be careful who you let drive your courtesy cars. Driving like complete idiots tailing people in the cajon pass within 5 feet at 70+ miles an hour on Monday 2/9 at 8pm. Really should be repercussions for driving like this while companies name is blasted all over the window.

Great buying experience at Simpson Cadillac. I usually dread the car buying experience but dealing with Simpson was very pleasant. They are awesome. Everyone we dealt with was outstanding. From our salesperson Andrew Luna, Mathew, Steve Cwynar in finance and Riyaz Mansuri. My Wife got exactly the vehicle she wanted with no games. They also made the experience more special with the bow on her new vehicle. We will definitely be coming back in the future when shopping for another GM vehicle.
