I should have listened to the negative reviews. This place, and Wendy, the manager, are scamming customers by damaging vehicles and then lying about it to avoid responsibility. The spoiler of my CRV was ripped off by the mechanical wash system mid wash. Their response: “we are not responsible for any damages that occur due to loose spoilers, moldings, bumpers etc. The only reason why the spoiler came off is because there was existing damage or not attached properly.” My spoiler was never damaged before. The car is only 3 years old. They have video footage of it being ripped off and me stopping the car to run and get an attendant, and they still deny responsibility. The attendant was kind enough to try and reattach it so I could drive home safely and not get ticketed for not having the third brake light. But the management…smh…unbelievable! Straight lying! Never going to this place again and definitely spreading the word. Terrible business practices scamming its own customers.
One of the best automatic car washes I’ve used. I became a member after the first visit. The process was fast and easy, and my car came out very clean and shiny. The equipment seems well maintained and does an excellent job. Perfect when you want a quality wash and polish without spending a lot of time. Grace is the best!!
These car washes are a hit and miss when you go them, but the best for a quick cleaning. I have to share that buff and shine. Car wash is on the higher end of the competitors in the area. The location is really nice the washes pretty good. They had enough room to have a full wash experience. The drain and vacuum area is nice and maintained and I like the branded air freshener smell definitely a nice touch when it comes with the $14 and probably $20 wash. I think the $20 a little on the high side and I was fine with the $14 wash which seems to be somewhat similar to the $18 and others. I personally wouldn’t pay 20 bucks for an Express wash. I would say the worst thing about this location which doesn’t get it. A four-star is the corner location on a busy intersection, which makes it very difficult to enter the car wash unless you are coming down south on Hacienda rd. to make a right into the wash. They would probably be busier if it was located in a better area. You can’t make a U-turn and they kind of block it so you have to drive up several streets and then turn around on Hacienda in order to enter legally entrance into the car wash.
It's a great place to get your car wash on a regular basis. For the standard membership of $29.95 per month, you get up to 20 washes and 1 buff service. The quality of the whole process is far more superior than most places. Afterwards, just pull into the service station in the back to wipe and vacuum. The vacuum is FREE and very powerful. I come 2 to 3 times a week, that just pays for itself.
