I got my nails done here four days ago. One that does nails like this should not be in business. The inspo vs what she did. Yes I tried correcting her over and over. Yes I told her I wanted them long. Horrendous experience. 4 days later and my cuticles still keep bleeding. I left with FOUR fingers bleeding. If I could give zero stars I would
Ive been going here for decades haven’t had any issues but a new nail tech (glasses, older) did my pedicure and she did a really rushed and sloppy job (20min for $38 pedicure). When i confronted her about it and told her the paint was sloppy and she cut my nails crooked she was very rude and said they weren’t crooked….ill let you all be the judge of that lol
I had my nails done and they are my real nails. They were not all right. All different lengths. And after she file them she didn’t rinse the or wipe them off. I told her to clean them and reshape them. She ignored me. She then painted my nails and they were all lumpy from the grain of the filing. Then I got a root touch up (with Kathy) that didn’t really take. I had to go back and she sent me home with dye on my hair and told me she was busy and I would have to wait to rinse my hair off. Very unprofessional. These places ruin the nail and hair industry. Wondering if they even have licenses. I won’t be coming back.
I went in for a haircut and was initially quoted $35, but the price changed to $40 for shoulder-length hair. The same day, two of my friends pointed out that my haircut looked uneven, with a few noticeably longer strands that were missed. I went back and asked Tracy to fix it. Unfortunately, the result was still uneven, and she seemed rushed because another client was coming in. I gave her 2 stars instead of 1 because she did spend some time on it, but overall, the quality just wasn’t there—she lacks the expertise.
Kathy and Vicky were absolutely amazing! Got an amazing pedicure this afternoon! We are visiting from out of town and had a great experience!
