Set up appointment when I showed up door was locked, I called left message no response. Very odd ‘went to another place for services.
I bought products online with a Spafinder gift card and I’m happy with how quick and communicative they are! They accidentally sent two conditioners instead of a shampoo and conditioner and when I mentioned it they sent me the shampoo free of charge. Definitely great customer service.
