By far the best service I’ve ever witnessed in 77 years. The Store Manager Robert was so helpful and rushed the guys to get my job done. I was in there at 10 to 8 and out of there by 8:30 for them to replace an auxiliary battery in my Mercedes. Kudos to the Mechanic and to the whole team there and especially Robert great job
Nolan and the guys know how to get it done. Came in on a Thursday morning after calling the night before to make an appointment. Had a few people ahead of me and several more calling in. The guys were able to get my alignment and oil change done in just over an hour, which was HUGE because I was on a bit of a tight schedule. Been here for tires in the past as well. Always solid service. Will be coming back.
My family has been coming to American Tire Depot for years at this same location even when they had the entire back warehouse exposed before they added the walls now. We will not go anywhere else for repairs or any of our tire needs and back up their work if there is any issues. They have been honest with us and even my wife has come here knowing that they will take care of her & not her for something that wasn't needed. I've been here a number of times over the past 6 years or so and have always had good experiences. Just recently came in to request a complicated job (swapping tires and wheels from multiple vehicles with a lot of specifics and moving parts in play) and I only had to explain it to Nolan once. I came in two days later to have them do the work and Nolan repeated my laundry list of requests back to me perfectly. Nate completed the job and I really couldn't be happier with the service these guys provided.
