These dudes are super chill and welcoming they ask you questions on what you need and what you need to get done and make some actual realistic suggestions and tips. When I first came to primos I was looking into getting a super soft and smooth ride on my f150 2024 and they suggested to get this type of suspension due to the cheap budget and meeting my needs with wanting a smooth ride. They ordered it and got it installed for an insane cheap price compared to other shops that gave me quotes. Now my truck rides so soft and looking so forward to getting in some road trips 😎👊

Been getting my tires fixed here for years. Today it took them 50 min to fix a flat with only 1 person a head of me. Then I started noticing that individuals were coming in after me and then leaving before me. On top of this bad experience they charged me $40 to get the nail out my tire when I been getting charged far less than that. Bad customer service, no communication. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
I stopped here when my tire sensor came on, and Jr. assisted me. I asked whether I needed all new tires, and instead of trying to sell me more than necessary, he was honest and straightforward. He told me I only needed one tire and advised me not to let anyone tell me otherwise. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the specific tire in stock, and since I live about 45 minutes away, I wasn’t able to purchase it here. Before I left, however, they topped off all of my tires with air at no charge. I highly recommend this place for their honesty, professionalism, and great customer service.
