STW has now become my new tire plug. I was looking for a specific load range of off road tire. I called many tire shops in the area, and all of them said they were on backorder. I called STW and not only did they HAVE THEM, they also had the BEST prices. I was greeted the moment I stepped out of my truck and they immediately began working on installing the tires. Didn't take too long, and now I am 35s.

My husband went earlier this year to get tires for his truck. When he was approached the staff was rude and had lots of attitude. Almost like we just ruined their day by making them work. Well the tires were done after a very long wait. The next day the tire señor light came on. So we went back to go see if they could check it. He brushed it off and said these type of SUV does not come with TPS sensors and but the light on my console was on clear day. My husband said we were here yesterday, do u still have our tires? Can you go check? Turns out they forgot to put in the TPS sensors. Then they have a nerve to try to charge us to put them in. So we went in to go complain to the manager store and the guy in the store said “I’m so sorry. Don’t worry about it. You’re not getting charged for anything today.” Worst feeling is paying for a service and when they make a mistake they tried to blame it on the customer. Don’t waste your money coming to this place. Used to be good. Now It’s just bad service and attitude from the workers.
Hands down, the best Wheels & Tires shop around. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Julian who asked how he could help me. I said I was there for wheels and tires for my GMC Denali. He showed me several styles and put them next to my truck so I could see how they looked. He found me an awesome set which were installed super quick and look incredible! Everyone at the shop were so nice and friendly during the entire process. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase or how I was treated. I'm telling everyone I know to go to Salinas Wheels & Tires.
