Fantastic service, great price and honest service. I needed a tire patch for my rear wheel of my 4Runner and I took it to Firestone on Beach since we live across the street. They told me they do tire patches but claimed my tire wasn’t eligible because the nail was “in the sidewall” even though it wasn’t. It was within the middle of the thread. Said no way, took it to Rene’s and he did it for cheaper without the upsell. If you need HONEST service, go here.
Best tire service I have every gotten. 4 new tires. Affordable. And I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! Cannot say enough about how great the service was... no other shop has ever come close to the speed and prices. You are wasting your money if you go to Big O tires or some other retailer.
Excellent service! I had two tires replaced on my trailer. I wanted to get a bite to eat but these guys worked so fast I didn't have time to walk across the street.
UPDATE: I called the owner and he confirmed this ridiculous pricing. On top of that, the wheel balancing was not done correctly. I ended up spending another $60 at Firestone to get it corrected! I've been coming here for years since it was Tire Barn. I think, service is still good but I just got ripped off on a tire balance and rotation. $80! What a joke! $15 per tire to balance and another $20 to rotate the tires. The tires are already off for the balance, how can you charge again to rotate? No receipt was provided. TOTAL RIP OFF
Came in for a tire patch and Jose took care of it while also showing us an older “ patch “ from Salinas Tires where they didn’t patch it correctly and water was leaking in. Great customer service and pricing.
