    I’ve been with “The Camp La Mirada” for 3 years and I love it! It’s the best decision that I’ve made to join. The community at the Camp feels like family…love that we motivate each other. The trainers and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive!! This is the best gym I’ve been to!!! Can’t Stop Won’t Stop 💪🏼🏋️‍♀️ I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND “The Camp Transformational Center”!! It will change your life mentally and physically!!

    I started back in 2018 and since that this gym has exchanged owners. Talk about change, it was a change for the good. With a fantastic, supportive, caring staff. This place is my second home with people I love. I cant imagine ever stopping my workout routine and not seeing my workout family. Camp Transformation in La Mirada saved my life. Thank you 🙏 💓 💪

    I have been to 4 other camp locations and La Mirada by far is the best. The environment created by Danielle and Marisa and the others on staff makes people of all levels of fitness feel welcome. They are encouraging, supportive, but keep it real and don't guilt you for not showing up or sticking to the meal plan. They truly care for their members and in turn all the members have been so welcoming to me. I've taken a class from almost every trainer and they always push us! This is the most consistent I've been working out (a little over 6 months) and I keep coming back for the environment, music, trainers, and members. So happy to have found this place!!!

    I’m coming up on five months of training at Camp La Mirada, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Investing in myself and making my health and fitness a priority has been life-changing, and Camp La Mirada has played a huge role in that journey. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. Every morning I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and a contagious energy that immediately motivates me for my workout. The trainers are amazing—motivating, encouraging, and genuinely fun. They push you to be your best while making every class enjoyable. If you’re looking for a supportive, high-energy environment with excellent trainers, I can’t recommend Camp La Mirada enough.

    First off every single one of the staff are genuinely beautiful people! The trainers are super helpful in making sure you are exercising at your highest potential. This gym provided what I needed to drop all the weight that I had accumulated during the shutdown. 5,6”. Dropped about 30 lbs. I have been going ever since.The 21 day challenge was important because the accountability of weighing in and having somebody else check your progress made all the difference. Then I did the 6 - week challenge which really made it happen.This really makes a difference when your at home making your food choices. We all know portion control is an issue. However we have that reminder when your gym provides you with meal plans and checks your body composition weekly. The classes are designed so that you are in & out in 1 hour. The full array of muscle groups are targeted on specific days of the week. As far as equipment: The gym has mostly just free weights, leg bands, treadmills, & bikes. Leg days are on Tuesdays and Fridays. Arm days are on Mondays and Thursdays. Full body days are on Wednesdays and Saturdays.The trainers push you to finish your sets within the time frame and the guesswork of what exercise to do next is gone. This gym is perfect for people with jam packed schedules. It’s also great for people who want to push themselves even more and take several classes a day. You can also use the bikes and treadmills and the small weight room as you please when it’s not in use. You can go further and take elite classes that focus on strength training. You can also join the groups that do spartan races and other events. I also like that they have supplements available for purchase to help you on your transformation journey. I will see if I could put a before & after picture here. My body really changed. I was able to drop weight and maintain muscle! Especially in the glute area. For some reason my glutes used to be the first thing to go when I would drop weight. Not no more! My pants fit nice . No more saggy jeans.
