I love the service….very efficient!!! Wait no time 👍 I filled out the information requested on the link received, prior to the arrival. I did not need to wait long, got admitted to see Linh, NP. Linh examined me and explained very thoroughly of my problems. When I left the Urgent Care (literally in the hallway), Costco Pharmacy texted me prescriptions confirmation so they can proceed. I didn’t realize prescriptions had already been while I was in the Urgent Care. Again, efficient service !! Waste no time👍 Also, The nurse and receptionist are very nice and friendly.
My visit was quick and efficient. The new system in place is a great upgrade, as it makes the process much less time-consuming. The doctor and staff were professional, kind, and very helpful throughout the visit. I also appreciate that most of the staff are female, as it gives me more confidence and comfort when bringing my kids to the clinic.
Had to take my elderly Dad in for some medical attention. I made an appointment on their website and was able to fill out the forms and upload his insurance information and ID on their website from home so when we arrived on time they saw him about 25 minutes after our scheduled time but that was ok. The nurses and doctor were great and reassuring. All turned out great. Thankfully
I accidentally cut my finger and needed fast service. I called this location, and the receptionist on the phone was very patient and welcoming. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and felt immediately at ease. The physician assistant was kind and made friendly small talk, which helped me relax. When I was seen by the doctor, she took her time and explained in detail everything that needed to be done. I never felt rushed or overlooked. Thank you to all the staff for an awesome experience during a stressful moment. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism!
