Nope nope nope idk if the pharmacy staff is over worked or they just follow a toxic leader, however the vibes here are just not it, one guy hammers his finger into the computer system and I'm a highly sensitive being so it comes off as passive agressive behavior which idk if it's personal to me or if that's just how badly he preforms! && the pharmacist the lady is super nosy and thinks she is above all, I mean isn't this industry a leader in health and well being the least you could show is care, kindness & appreciation! after all you picked your career so why make your worst decisions our problems not cool at all. there is always a line that moves incredibly slow like 10 mins wait times that's bizarre I've transfered pharmacies and the line is double the size when I go verses here and it moves 10x as fast and i found a drive thru which this location is absent of. I will no longer be going here thankfully but the cvs is clean and always has the products I need but it doesn't out weight the treatment and poor work preforming staff and leadership of the pharmacy so on that note byeeeeeee..
I popped into CVS to grab a few items and pleasantly surprised to see how organized and well stocked the shelves were. Often times, I’ve found just the opposite at other locations, so, seeing this made me want to shop a little longer. I’d like to give a quick shout out to my sales associate,(Norma) a 20+ year veteran employee of CVS and a awesome individual who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a delight to converse with. She definitely understands the importance of customer service and is a wonderful ambassador for the CVS corporation.
Am I the only person who feels like I’m a nuisance to the pharmacy help? After standing in line I was reprimanded for stepping up 1 minute before walls came down. Just quickly help me instead of wasting valuable seconds. And provide customer care training so you don’t come off as very rude.
