Many cool fossils of a whale, dolphins, sloths, a horse, and local animals. Some are ancient like cephalopods. There are some interactive items like pelts of beavers and foxes Only opens from 10-2. And it’s free! What a cool find at a park!
We visited on a Saturday it was packed. We paid $5 for parking and there was no handicap parking available. We didn't stay and could not get a refund.
Entrance for the park is $5 weekends &$3 weekday per vehicle. Beautiful clean park. Friendly staff
Staff truly great.
Interesting place to work and learn about mega fauna that roamed the area 12 000+ years ago. Located inside the park, it is a great place to bring the kids, have a picnic or just enjoy the lake and all the water fowl.
