I had an ingrown toenail procedure, and although it was very painful, the staff did a wonderful job. Everyone is so sweet here! specially the lady with the blonde hair! not sure what her name is, but she was incredibly sweet, caring, and compassionate. She genuinely cares about her patients and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received.
Made an appointment for a medical issue since my PCP wasn't open on weekends, checked in early, got seen at the appointed time and was out the door in half an hour. Quick and painless (figuratively). Everyone on staff was exceedingly professional and courteous and quickly diagnosed the issue, got my prescriptions sent promptly to my pharmacy without any delays. Top-notch service by all involved. The Urgent Care Clinic was getting ready to close; yet they still made time to see me and help me. Every member of staff was very friendly, welcoming and professional! At no time did I feel "rushed," as the nurse made certain to double check my blood pressure for accurate results. The doctor also spent an extra amount of time to diagnose what could be making me feel so ill! It had been a few years since I had last visited this Urgent Care Center, and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family! Thank you!
Had to take my elderly Dad in for some medical attention. I made an appointment on their website and was able to fill out the forms and upload his insurance information and ID on their website from home so when we arrived on time they saw him about 25 minutes after our scheduled time but that was ok. The nurses and doctor were great and reassuring. All turned out great. Thankfully
I came to After Hours Urgent Care with an ingrown toenail that had become infected. I was able to make an appointment online and complete all of the necessary paperwork prior to my arrival. I waited no more than ten minutes before being taken back. It was quickly decided that a partial nail avulsion needed to be performed. The nurse and doctor were excellent. Both clearly explained all aspects of the procedure and answered all my questions. They also went to great lengths to mitigate the pain that accompanies this procedure. My procedure was proficiently performed. I am highly satisfied with the quality of care I received.
