I had an excellent experience at Akeso for my DOT physical. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The entire process was smooth and efficient. The doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything clearly to ensure I understood the results. They made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam. I also appreciated how quick and organized everything was—it didn't take long at all. Highly recommend for anyone needing a DOT physical or other medical services
2hr wait for a drug screen. Very unorganized and they kept scrambling to look for my file when I had asked why it’s taking so long. “My file was misplaced”…not to mention the not so friendly staff that talks you as if you are inconveniencing them. Also, only 4 people in this waiting area. Edit: still here, it’s been 4 hrs
There is no words to describe these ladies and the doctors here plus therapy. They’re amazing. They got me in super quick. They’re friendly respectful, and they make you feel valued.
Front office staff is amazing! PT ladies are top tier! However had multiple issues with Drs reporting incorrect information in my medical reports, when trying to discuss with them I was met with anger. Drs report improvements to condition perhaps to avoid further care. Will be filing complaint with California PA board.
