The attendant on 04/10/2026 at 8:55 pm was really rude. I was asking plain cheeseburgers and she kept repeating that it had only ketchup but I wanted to make sure it had no pickles. She kept repeating to me to look at the screen that it was only ketchup but that’s not what I was requesting. She spoke perfect English but she wasn’t on a good day apparently. I got upset, cancelled ordering and went somewhere else, need to train better those employees on customer services.
One of the cleanest Burger King's I've been to! My husband and I stop by here once a month on our monthly outing to La Mirada and running errands. Its quick and easy to order off the app, plus the rewards are great! The employees are always so nice and friendly! The food is always, fresh, hot and made with time, not just slapped together!!! I avoided this place for about 10 years just, because I thought it wasn't appealing. To my surprise, I ate a Whopper which was absolutely delicious. I could honestly say that it tastes way better than a Big Mac and its disgusting dressing. The whopper's meat and cheese is so much better, at least in my opinion. Plus I like the soft seeded bread. Ask for customer service, I mean what can I say. It's just a fast restaurant And not much can be expected l, As most Mama and Papa restaurants operate about the same way.
Awesome customer service. The bacon king was worth getting. Any regular wopper is worth getting. Burger has stayed true to size since they first came out...better than Jumbo jack and McDonald's quarter pounder in which has gotten smaller and smaller.
