Didn’t want to put off another day of feeling blah. Picked up my phone and went on Carbon Health . Was my 3rd visit last couple years. Made an appointment that started in an hour. Got there and was seen in 5-10 minutes. Great doctor . Was in and out in 20 min. Picked up my prescription at a local Kaiser Great experience for sure I would certainly recommend this office .
The facility and service are exceptional. Easy to make an appointment at convenient hours. I walked in early and was seen early. What I thought was strep turned out be a sinus infection. They had the strep test swab on site so the proper course of treatment was prescribed. The receptionist, intake nurse and the doctor were all pleasant and efficient. Would recommend this facility happily. My urgent care of choice. Uninsured prices are very reasonable also. I’ll download this app—hoping not to use it any time soon, tho.
I had such a wonderful experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, Beverly welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel truly welcome. Juan took my vitals and immediately put me at ease—he was kind, patient, and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. John was absolutely amazing. He is a true angel—so compassionate, attentive, and genuinely determined to get to the root cause of what I’m experiencing. That level of care means everything when you’re not feeling well. Claudia also made me feel very comfortable during my EKG, explaining everything and reassuring me throughout the process. The entire staff was incredible. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate, professional care.
Made a 2:30 PM sameday appointment at 2:15pm. Was seen by a nurse by 2:35 PM, had my consultation by 2:40 PM, Had minor surgery at 2:45, Back in the car by 3 PM. Everyone was super professional. Genuinely don’t know how it could’ve gone any better.
Great visit. The “in take” receptionists took care of me right away. My appointment was for 1pm and I was completely done before 1:15. The tech that took my vitals and other information was very pleasant and professional . I appreciated that everyone treated me with respect and everyone was very pleasant.
