I had a great experience at Dr. Charles Kim’s office. The staff are friendly and the dentist are the best and honest! They are not like most dentist that want to pull your teeth out instead of trying to save them, they are all about saving the teeth and I appreciated that. I always hated the numbing part of the dentist, but they mastered how to do it with minimum discomfort/pain. I highly recommend this dental officer. They accept mostly all PPO insurance. Dr. Charles Kim is hands down the most amazing dentist I’ve ever met. He’s soooo skilled and good at what he does, incredibly smart, AND somehow manages to be super caring, kind, gentle, and honest all at once. He’s also sooo funny!! He’s just perfection, and I love him not only as my dentist but as a person too. I’ve been through a lot with my such bad teeth, and he’s the only dentist I will ever trust—the only person I’ll let near my mouth 😂. It honestly feels like a blessing to have a dentist like him in a world where so many doctors seem to care only about money. I feel so grateful and lucky to have found him. It’s rare to come across someone who is this good at what they do and such a genuinely good person. I honestly just want to keep him as my dentist only, but hey—sharing is caring, right? He’s busy, and it might be hard to get an appointment because he’s THAT good and everyone knows it. But once you do, you won’t regret it—you’ll feel the same way I do!
Staff is super friendly, and the dental team are all professionals who take pride in their work! Clean office, and state of the art equipment make your visit worth it. Great vibes when it comes to patient interactions and explaining information because we all know how uncomfortable dental visits can be sometimes! You always leave feeling like they care!
I have to say, I was referred to by my daughter’s future in laws. I have to say I was contacted immediately and scheduled for a full exam, X-rays the while deal. Dr Kim came in and went over everything that you could see on the X-rays. I scheduled the appointment for a week out. I received a text this morning and they are able to get me in today. So thankful that they were able to do that. Ashley, Carlos and the entire Bloomington Dentist Family. I can’t wait to get this finally done and over with. It’s been years since this started and just recently started hitting the nerves. Thank you again Dr. Kim and the entire staff for making all of this the most comfortable Dental experience ever. I have moved residence and needed a new dentist. A friend of mines recommended this location. From scheduling my appointment with Jenny to seeing Dr Tiffany. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I have not seen a dentist in a while and everything that was done was explained to me very well. I highly recommend to anyone.
