Worst service at this facility I signed in at 2:35 they call my name at 4:10pm and toke me to the room to wait 45 more minutes for the Dr to come and see me. This is not a great place to recommend, after I had appointment Unacceptable. Poor service they only get $$$$ benefits for high charges to Insurance, they really don’t care for humans it is all about money and profits.

Clean comfortable atmosphere with two tv's, seating is spaced nicely so you don't feel like you're in a sardine can. I went there for a pre-employment "test" with no appointment, wait time was about 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend this location. Oh yeah, very friendly staff.

I had an appointment at 9 AM to see a podiatrist. At 9:45 AM I get called to the front desk and the gentleman asked me if I had received his text. I said no what number did you text ? He then reels off my landline number. So I gave him my cell phone number and then he explained to me that he had been trying to send me a registration form that has to be filled out. I then asked is that why I’ve been waiting so long? He didn’t answer. At10:50 AM, I get called into a room where I waited another 20 minutes before the doctor comes in. Corvel Workmen’s Comp. did not send my complete file to this Dr . They only sent him a couple of pages! The doctors quote was it’s like watching a movie. All you have is the middle, I don’t know the beginning and I don’t know the end. Honestly, I felt like it was a waste of time. The doctor was very nice, but did not think he could help me since it had been three years since the original injury. He did however, asked me to bring over the other MRIs or at least get in touch with Corvel and ask them to send him the complete file and then come back in two weeks. The lady who saw me out, gave me an appointment for two months away and I asked her why so far when the doctor said two weeks and she said well that will give Corvel plenty of time to send the documents! Had I known that this place was an urgent care, I never would’ve gone there. I was in a waiting room with injured as well as sick people and felt very uncomfortable. There is no way that you should have to wait over two hours to see a doctor when you have an appointment.

Went to urgent care 30 minutes before they opened so I could get service quickly and go home. I was 3rd in line. I wasn’t taken back to an exam room for more than an hour. Then I sat and waited in the exam room for long enough that I had to use the restroom. There is a single person restroom, which I waited for, then a doctor came out, saw me waiting and said “oh”; he hadn’t flushed the toilet (gross). The worst part was the doctor I saw, Dr Patrick Honeycutt. I told him about the pain I was having in a wound and that I thought it was infected, though it had no discharge or blood. Even though I told him there was no fluid, rather than just gently palpating it with a gloved hand to get it to possibly release fluid to test for infection (I guess? he didn’t say why), he dug two cotton swabs (held together) into my painful wound. I shrieked in shock, and he then *aggressively* did it again when he saw it had produced no fluid on the cotton swabs. I saw white and thought I was going to throw up from the pain. He then just said basically yeah it looks infected and he’d prescribe an antibiotic. Then he left. Took all of 5 minutes for him to come in, cause me horrible extra pain that lasted for days, put a fresh bandaid on my wound (after I had to ask for a bandaid to re-cover my wound), and leave. Then I waited and waited to be discharged, something that normally takes less than 5 minutes at any other doctor office I’ve ever been to. A nurse came into the room by mistake (he was looking for another patient) when I asked him if I could leave yet. He said he’d find out, then someone else came in and discharged me; clearly they had forgotten about me. I finally left after more than two hours. 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady at the front desk and the nurses were nice.

The Dr was rushing the whole time and didn’t explain himself well. When I asked for more information he would just move on and not address my concerns. He seemed in a rush to leave as quickly as possible.
