Greenleaf is currently experiencing an issue with their scheduling. I've had an appointment for maintenance scheduled with them and they consistently have the wrong date and don't show up. The first time, I figured it was just miscommunication over the phone. They had the week AFTER as the appointment. That's fine. But they didn't show up a week later, either. Called the same day they missed the window and they said they would stop by the next day. Called twice to confirm, but they missed the window again. I previously had a favorable experience with them, as they had installed my HVAC system a year and half ago.
