Located in the Anaheim GardenWalk complex near Disneyland Resort, this live music and entertainment venue is operated by Live Nation and draws audiences from throughout Orange County, including residents of La Mirada looking for a night out close to home. The venue hosts concerts, tribute shows, nightlife events, and touring acts across multiple genres, from rock and metal to emo and world music.
The facility includes several distinct spaces: the Music Hall serves as the main concert room for larger performances, while The Parish offers a smaller, more intimate setting for select shows. A Foundation Room provides an upscale lounge experience with membership options, and a full-service restaurant and bar is available on-site, making the venue suitable for dining before or after a show.
Private events can also be hosted at the venue, and the booking infrastructure supports a wide range of event formats. Ticket purchases are handled online, and some events carry age restrictions, so checking individual show details in advance is recommended. The address is 400 W. Disney Way, Suite 337, Anaheim, with general contact available by phone at 714.778.2583.
For La Mirada residents, the venue is roughly a 15-minute drive and represents one of the more accessible mid-to-large capacity music venues in the immediate region without requiring a trip to Los Angeles.
I might be a bit biased as this was on my bucket list. I found the House of Blues to be amazing. The staff and security were friendly and the venue was easy to navigate. The sound quality was good and viewing the stage from the floor enjoyable. Getting an Uber post show was easy and convenient. Lots of amenities around the venue. 10/10 experience. Thank you Zebrahead for a great show!
Beautiful venue, helpful staff. Scooter caused some trouble but Kristina cleared it up and Tony from security was sympathetic and professional to my medical issues. They cannot allow outside food or drink, containers. Open or closed. Security was quick and thorough, Ricardo was professional as well. Sally helped us get where we needed to be. Jake and Emily kept the food and drinks coming. Thank you again
We drove down from San Francisco for the last show of the year for Wolf Van Halen's band, MAMMOTH... and it was EPIC! First time visiting this famous venue for live concerts and it was one of the best experiences in a small venue I've ever had! Sound crew and lighting was excellent, the vibe was perfect for just suck an event... Slash from G&R even showed up for a cameo solo guitar appearance! It was a packed house and you couldn't ask for a more awesome atmosphere! Can't wait to see another show here! 😎🤘🎸🎹🎶🎵
This place is extremely intimate any where you sit you feel up close and personal to the performer! It a lot bigger inside. There’s many bar areas for you to grab a drink or two or maybe even three 😉 I was able to see Joey McIntyre #solojoe from New kids on the block he did back to back songs for 2 hours and I sat on the floor right next to the sound booth! Drinks are priced well for house of blues and there were plenty of space to walk around especially in front, bathrooms were clean and staff were extremely helping me fine my seat!
the house of blues’ map almost sent us through disney for some strange reason but after getting proper assistance from disney’s security and following the google maps instead of the house of blues’ stuff, we were able to make it to our concert about 40 minutes earlier than expected! it was a very nice night, and the venue was very clean and pretty spacious. not everyone could fit in the pit so many people may have been in awkward standing spots (like my partner and i), but yeah. sorry for the long comment, i just wanted to try to be a little more helpful!
