Unfortunately I had the worst experience I think I’ve ever had for a salon. Cant even rate the hair stylist because she decided to Cancel 15 MINUTES before appointment I made almost 2 weeks prior Like seriously Im coming from far for a balayage VERY unprofessional. Made the whole situation uncomfortable and genuinely customer care didn’t matter. You would think a small business would care for first clients but instead you get attitude by Ms.Jackson.
