Alyssa BASULTO was so amazing and she helped me so much by listening, understanding, relating to me and showing compassion for what I was going through. She helped me put things into perspective and truly inspired and encouraged me through her faith and hope to continue this journey called life! God is so good and today I have peace. Thank you Alyssa for blessing me with your guidance and wisdom. God bless you.

Zero stars if I could. Doctor no-showed, LifeStance didn’t care. I had a scheduled telehealth appointment and paid my co-pay upfront. I was in the Zoom waiting room at the correct time and waited the entire hour. The doctor never showed up, never called, no explanation. To document this, I took screenshots every 15 minutes showing me in the waiting room for the full hour. When I finally reached management to complain, they were completely unhelpful. Here’s what really bothered me: they have a policy where if I miss or no-show an appointment, they charge me $150. When I asked if they would pay me $150 since their provider no-showed, they said no. Their reason? “You have a contract with us.” I pointed out that I also had a contract with them for services that were never rendered. They had no answer to that. The double standard is unacceptable. They hold patients to strict financial penalties but take zero accountability when they fail to provide the service you’ve already paid for. I’m reporting this to my insurance company and recommending they stop referring patients to LifeStance. Do not waste your time or money here.

I'm sorry I used a only 3 stars for my review . I'm use to words, like Excellent, Good, Average , or slow! Stars are not for me. I'm very satisfied with my therapist, She is friendly, engaging and has understanding of my mental problems. I'm ill in my brain, plus diabetic too. Ringing in head is constant, I think my therapist Alejandra Macedo is a very good listener. I need this help to llive longer. I'm also a Veteran, of the Vietnam War.with stories, 50 years ago!

LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists Santa Fe Springs is a professional mental health practice located at 12215 Telegraph Rd Suite 107 in Santa Fe Springs, just a short drive from La Mirada. The practice brings together licensed therapists and board-certified psychiatrists under one roof, offering residents access to a full spectrum of mental health services without needing to travel far or navigate multiple providers.

The team at LifeStance works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and life transitions. Because both therapy and psychiatric care are available at the same location, patients who need both talk therapy and medication management can receive coordinated care from providers who communicate with one another. This kind of integrated approach can make a meaningful difference for people managing complex or ongoing mental health needs.

For La Mirada residents who may have put off seeking mental health support due to long wait times, limited local options, or the difficulty of finding providers who accept insurance, LifeStance aims to reduce those barriers. The practice accepts many major insurance plans and typically offers both in-person appointments at the Santa Fe Springs office and telehealth sessions for those who prefer remote care. This flexibility makes it easier for working adults, parents, and students to fit mental health appointments into their schedules.

Whether someone is seeking support for the first time or looking to continue care with a new provider, the practice offers an approachable, professional environment staffed by clinicians trained to work with diverse populations and varied life experiences.
