The staff is nice, but disorganized. Philip Zaret, he, for many years he always disregarded my pain as made up and just prescribed me Motrin. Abnormal head pain? Motrin. Flu? Motrin. Abnormal cramps and sharp pains in my abdomen? Blood work and Motrin. Not even a Ct scan. I had to go to the ER I couldn't handle the adominal pain. He finally started to take me seriously after i got out of the hospital. I immediately requested to change doctors. Never coming here again.
The doctor is really amazing on point and willing to do all you need to do in one appointment. He values your time. But the office girls although super friendly i wish would more timely and on top of things as I need auth. And my insurance can be hard to work with. They say they need to do this and that by at times it doesn't get done! Will edit if they go ahead and get my authorization and find me a physical therepist without me having to do it myself.
Horrible - I've been waiting for a referral for over 2 months now. First, they forgot to send it (so that was 2 weeks down the drain). Then another two weeks went by and they realized their mistake and sent it. 7 weeks after the initial appointment I was told that they need to send in an updated form. Really? So why haven't you sent it in? The response was..."We will send it in today and give you a call" It has now been 9 WEEKS since and I still have not received a call OR paperwork?! This office has no respect for their patients time. WE work too and requesting time off during the week is not an easy task. So you would expect to seen at your given appointment time. NOPE! NOT HERE! I was seen an hour and half after my given time. So , I asked why did it take so long? The doctor had two new patients before me that didn't speak English. Okay? I remember when I was the "New Patient" along with my 4 children. They crammed all 5 of us into an 30 min!!! appointment. I can go on and on about the OFFICE STAFF. Ridiculous is all I have to say. DO NOT GO HERE! But if you want waste your time and MONEY this is the place for you.
Dr. Zaret is a terrific doctor no matter what the primary reason for your visit is. He is sharp, patient, and has an understanding bedside manner. I recommend him for your healthcare needs.
