Jeff, Alex, Ricardo, and Marcus were the BEST. They were readily available to get me a new water heater at the last minute.
Incredibly thorough and complete. They brought the new water heater and took away the old.
Very professional.
Everything connected to the old water heater was original from when the house is built. I am very grateful for the extra labor that was put into adding the new connections for gas and water.
All included at a great price.
And… Everything looks great!

Alex from Payless 4 Plumbing didn’t just fix my pipes—he gave me an experience. The moment he walked in, I knew he was the kind of man who takes his time, knows his way around tight spaces, and isn’t afraid to get his hands a little dirty.
He started slow, feeling things out, making sure every connection was just right. Then, once he got going, it was steady, rhythmic, and perfectly controlled. The way he gripped his wrench… the way he worked it until the pressure was just right… I’ve never seen plumbing done with that much passion.
By the end, the flow was strong, the pressure was perfect, and I was left weak in the knees from pure satisfaction. Alex, I don’t know what you charge for follow-up visits, but I’m ready to sign up for a monthly service plan.

I called Payless 4 Plumbing on a Saturday for a last-minute job, and they delivered above and beyond expectations. I needed to replace 6 sink shut-off valves to continue with house renovations, and they were able to send someone out same-day. The technician was punctual, courteous, and worked quickly to get everything done right. Really appreciated the fast response and excellent service on such short notice. Highly recommend!
