Pho 45 in La Mirada brings authentic Vietnamese cuisine to the heart of the community, serving up bowls of rich, slow-simmered pho along with a full menu of traditional Vietnamese dishes. Located at 12810 La Mirada Blvd, this restaurant has become a go-to destination for locals craving genuine flavors rooted in Vietnamese culinary tradition. The restaurant draws inspiration from the vibrant Little Saigon food culture, bringing that same quality and authenticity to La Mirada residents who might otherwise need to travel further for a comparable experience.
The menu centers around pho, the beloved Vietnamese noodle soup known for its deeply flavorful broth and tender cuts of meat. Regulars frequently praise the quality of the beef, noting how soft and well-prepared it is, and the broth itself has earned a loyal following for its complexity and depth. Beyond pho, the restaurant offers other Vietnamese staples, and customers often pair their meal with a Vietnamese iced coffee, a sweet and bold complement to the savory dishes on the menu.
Pho 45 is popular enough that a wait is common, particularly during peak hours, though the restaurant manages the flow with a sign-in sheet to keep things organized. The restaurant shares a parking lot with neighboring businesses, giving diners reasonable access without much hassle. The space is casual and welcoming, making it a comfortable option for families, couples, or solo diners looking for a satisfying and unpretentious meal.

If you looking for a good pho place close to La Mirada try this one! Me and my wife just tried this place! We went at a good time before it got busy. They sat us right away and set us up with all we needed right away. It was a bit loud but it was no bother to us. We started out with the grilled pork spring rolls! The meat but very tasty and tender and we enjoyed the peanut sauce it came with. We ordered Pho bowl #5 with rare steak and well done brisket and Pho bowl #8 with brisket, flank, tendon. The broth was very good and flavorful. They also have sirachia, chili oil, hoisin sauce, and chili paste to add if you want it. My wife also tried their pickled lemonade, It was very salty to me but she liked it. Their service was quick and they didn't rush us out, but once it gets busy they get a line out the door. Definitely will go there again.
The food was great. Big portions. I will share a bowl/plate next time... but it's nice to have leftovers for another meal too. We felt rushed by the waiter. As we sat down they brought the Menus, waters and utensils and quickly asked if we were ready to order... 4 of us were sitting down. My husband order the first entree and the waiter right away responded, "is that it?". We were eating and he came back and asked if we needed containers to go. It was 6pm... so it wasn't bc they were getting ready to close. Other than that, it is good place for phó soup.
I was looking for a good soup noodle spot and this was close by. A solid pho spot in La Mirada. I ordered their #1, spring rolls, fried egg rolls and Vietnamese hot coffee with condensed milk. The pho was delicious, just the right amount of beef, tripe and noodles. The spring rolls were cooked just right and the spring rolls were great especially with the peanut sauce. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.
Pho was clean and delicious. Didn't standout but it wasn't bad. The spring rolls were phenomenal, the rice paper they used tasted in house, thicker and chewier. Gave me a gourmet textural experience. The egg rolls were nothing special, their dipping tray for fish sauce was too low and I couldn't get a good dunk.
First time to be here but didn’t get good experience. Just sat down but the waitress would like me to order immediately, I told her I need more time. About 1 minute,I was not ready yet, she came back to”ask me”order again. I did but I didn’t feel comfortable, it seems like if I don’t order in 1 minute I am not welcomed. I can understand you would like it being efficient, but I am here for my food not for your job. She works like a Robert without emotion and can’t tell what customers need.I have been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants, first uncomfortable service here.
