I took my kid here a little over a week ago and I was happy they took walk-ins. A guy took us about 45 minutes after we got in. My son showed the guy a picture and the guy started cutting his hair. 30 minutes later my son looks like a mushroom but apparently it was âfineâ.The next day he comes back from school crying. I ask him what happened and he responds with telling me all the kids at school made fun of him and he told me he didnât want to go to school for the next few days and when he was forced to by his mother, he would leave the house about to cry. A HAIRCUT SHOULD NEVER BE SO BAD A BOY IS SCARED TO GO TO SCHOOL. DO NOT go to Roberto.
I got a missed call from this number and when I called back the next day, I was told âthis is a barbershopâ in a tone that felt dismissive. I mentioned they called me, but the guy didnât acknowledge it or seem interested in clarifying. I get that mistakes happen, but the way it was handled rubbed me the wrong way. Just a heads-up if you expect better communication.
Genuinely the worst haircut of my life, this guy did not follow the instructions I gave him AT ALL (even with a picture) and instead I left the barbershop with a bowl cut and a mullet. âItâll look better when I take a showerâ I thought, I was EXTREMELY wrong, for starters it somehow got worst. I started crying for who knows how long. I thought going to mcdonaldâs would cheer me up, the cashier started laughing in my face before I could even tell her my order and even started calling her coworkers to look at me, I ran out of the mcdonaldâs teary eyed with not a single nugget in hand. After that, I called my girlfriend on facetime, she took one look at me and broke up with me on the spot. Now to put the bow on top, Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I GUARANTEE people will be laughing. If I wouldâve known I had to pay 50 bucks for an idiotic haircut like this I wouldâve gave the guy that mowes the lawn a hedge trimmer and tell him to have at it. Cmon man if your gonna be doing this atleast sell some hats.
These guys are Pro's. $25 for child with fade. They are all very polite and have tons of patience for my two small boys. Highly recommend.
