I came to Santa Fe Collision Center after my car was hit in a parking lot while I was inside the gym. I completed their online estimate form and was contacted quickly to text photos and set up a time for an in person/more in death assessment and estimate. It was very easy and quick to get the estimate. I worked with John, who was very kind, honest and straight forward with the work that needed to be done, the timeline and expectations. The price was very fair, and we we able to get the parts ordered and my car in for repair within a few days. Four days later my car was ready to pick up, following the timeline John estimated. Overall, the work done looks great. I had a taillight (OEM) replaced, body work and paint done. They were so easy to work with and the whole process was quick and painless. I’ll definitely be back, and already referred my neighbor who needs body and paint work done.
