My husband showed how much he wanted cut off my son's hair. He was also getting his haircut in another chair, so he couldn't sit and watch. She cut off double, if not triple what he told her to. My son is pissed. I got there when they were done and checking out. She was so rude and had RBF. I wanted to make sure I got my points and she couldn't even tell me. I know I had a discount off the cut, so I'm pretty sure she did not apply the phone number or it would have showed. Horrible customer service.
Got my haircut here and it was a great experience. Until today I have been going to the same barber for 20 years. Coming here for the first time i had Tee, she was very friendly and kind.
