I am writing to share an absolutely unacceptable and deeply frustrating delivery experience at this Tesla location. I arrived early for my 3:00 PM appointment at 1:00 PM. I was told my car wasn't ready and to wait. After waiting for 1.5 hours and noticing no other delivery customers around, I decided to stretch my legs and check the lot. To my shock, my car—complete with my name placard—had been sitting there ready the entire time. It was clear no one bothered to check or communicate. When I pointed this out to the advisor, there was not a single word of apology—just a careless "Oh? Yeah? Okay." While the lack of communication was annoying, what followed was a serious safety hazard and blatant disrespect. First, when inspecting the exterior, I found an open Exacto knife (flat blade) sitting right on top of the driver’s side door. If that blade had fallen on me while opening the door, it could have caused a severe injury. When I pointed this out to a male service staff member, he didn't apologize; he simply grabbed it quickly and walked away to cover it up. I have photo evidence of this. Second, I noticed a significant panel alignment issue and a large gap on the door—wide enough to fit a finger through. When I raised this concern to the two service staff members on-site, their response was incredibly insulting. They literally told me: "It's because yours is a Standard Model. Yours is not premium. It's a completely different car." Are Tesla service employees trained to look down on customers based on the trim level they purchase? Implying that a customer should just "suck up" poor build quality and terrible panel gaps because they bought a Standard Model is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. This level of unprofessionalism has completely shattered my trust in Tesla. What was supposed to be an exciting and celebratory milestone of picking up a new car turned into a thoroughly miserable and insulting experience. Instead of joy, I left the delivery center with nothing but deep frustration and resentment.

I went to pick up my Tesla and Danny was super helpful. He was so friendly and welcoming. He gave me some advices as it was my first Tesla. He even checked in with me the next day to make sure my FSD was working well. Really appreciated it (:

I am writing to formally document a concerning service experience at Tesla Service Center Buena Park. I scheduled a 7:45 AM appointment to address a persistent screeching noise coming from my rear calipers when changing gears. Based on my research, this appears to be a commonly reported issue among other owners and is often associated with a known defect. I arrived on time with the expectation that the concern would be properly diagnosed. However, the service team immediately dismissed the issue as “normal” without providing a meaningful inspection or technical explanation. To better understand their position, I requested a comparison with another vehicle on-site. The Model Y they demonstrated did not produce the same noise when switching gears, which directly contradicted their claim that my vehicle’s behavior is normal. Despite pointing out this inconsistency, no further troubleshooting or escalation was offered. I then waited approximately 20 minutes to speak with the manager, Jose, who ultimately reiterated that no action could be taken and advised me to return only if the issue worsens. This approach feels reactive rather than proactive, especially for a concern that may indicate premature component wear or a broader quality issue. As a customer, I expect a higher standard of diagnostic diligence, transparency, and accountability — particularly when dealing with a potential defect. Dismissing a reproducible concern without clear justification undermines confidence in both the service process and the brand. I would appreciate a more thorough evaluation of this issue, along with clarification on whether this condition is truly within normal operating parameters. Additionally, I encourage Tesla to review how concerns like this are handled at the service level to ensure consistency with the company’s standards.

Brianna and Joseph in sales are truly wonderful people. Our Tesla was having mechanical trouble near closing on a Sunday and we were nearby and a bit desperate and just drove there to see if they could help us in any way. Service was closed & We didn’t expect the level of help they provided. Outstanding !!! We were traveling and didn’t know the area very well and they helped get us into a car to get home. Our next Tesla will certainly come from Buena Park Tesla.

Tesla Buena Park is a full-service Tesla location situated at 6692 Auto Center Drive in Buena Park, just a short drive from La Mirada and the surrounding communities of Orange County. The facility operates as more than a traditional car dealership — it functions as a combined showroom, service center, and delivery hub, making it a one-stop destination for anyone considering or already owning a Tesla electric vehicle.

Residents interested in exploring Tesla’s lineup of electric vehicles can visit the showroom during regular business hours, which run Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The team at this location offers scheduled demo drives, giving prospective buyers a hands-on opportunity to experience models like the Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X before making a purchase decision. Unlike traditional dealerships, Tesla’s direct-to-consumer approach means pricing is straightforward and consistent.

For current Tesla owners in La Mirada, the on-site Service Center is a particularly valuable resource. Whether a vehicle needs routine maintenance, a software-related issue addressed, or a more involved repair, having a local service facility reduces the inconvenience of traveling farther distances for support. The presence of a Delivery Center at this same location also means that customers who order a vehicle online can take delivery of their new car right here, with staff on hand to walk through the vehicle’s features and answer questions.

La Mirada residents who are curious about making the transition to electric driving, managing energy costs at home, or understanding what EV ownership looks like day to day will find the staff at Tesla Buena Park knowledgeable and accessible. The location can be reached by phone at 714-735-5696, and callbacks can be requested through their website for those who prefer to connect on their own schedule.
