Decent communication and good customer service. Bought my car back in May. Process went smoothly and the salesman was helpful and where able to address any issues I had with the car. ONLY downside i still have not received my plates or registration for the vehicle. Edit: (8/20/25) Had the manager retake photos of the car due to DMV processing but plates weren't never sent to my home from the updated information. Had to go to the DMV and get new plates. Overall decent experience and was able to address issues properly. Thank you
Went to look at car at the address on file and it was literally a tiny office connected to a smog check place with no cars in sight. I tried calling the number over and over, went to Yelp and found a cell phone and email, contacted "Sam" both ways to confirm and no one ever responded.....should've take that as a hint before driving an hour to see this great car at a great deal. Didn't even stop, it was deserted. So disappointed. Just thought you should all know. I will be contacting the seller websites it was posted on too.
Today my little brother and I came today to get our Lexus and man we had a AMAZING experience with Mr.Sam. My little brother got his car and the experience was friendly and easy going. One of my favorite things about this day that he wasn’t pushy at all compared to all the other dealers we’ve been for the past 2 day and we made a deal with him. For anyone that wants to get a car over here my man Sam is your man he’ll get a car today!!! Thank you Sam 😎🫡
EDIT: We were told that they would do anything to make sure we were satisfied customers, we wrote the review because Sam asked us to and at the time it was a good experience. Even though the sun roof had issues opening and it was clear the car needed new brakes, we were satisfied. Sam said to call the following week and he would set up having the repairs done, at their cost of course. We called over a dozen times, never heard back from him. Finally I called from a different number so he couldn’t see the caller ID and spoke to him, he said he didn’t know what I was talking about and that he would do his best but that we bought a used car and they are bound to have issues. I was speechless! He ghosted us after that and we never heard back from anyone there. I went to the dealership to talk to him and he saw me and got in a car and drove away, pretending not to see me. We paid for the repairs ourselves. Will never go back. Changing my initial review from 5 stars to 1 star. Typical “Used car salesman” Absolutely the best experience buying a used car! We LOVE the 2013 Mini CooperS, it is in perfect condition and it is exactly what we wanted. Sam made everything so easy. He is knowledgeable and friendly…. Everyone at this dealership was wonderful!! Happy with the car and financing. We’ll definitely be back when we need another car!
