Exceptional!! Warren͏ walked us through every step of the process of selling the family home after a death in the family. He came fully prepared to share his knowledge on the market, what was happening in the neighborhood and answer any questions we had and we had a lot. He shared his opinions and suggestions on what we could do to prepare the house for sale. He spent many hours right besides us with his sleeves rolled up moving things around and helping us clean things up. What he was able to accomplish was absolutely amazing. All throughout the open house/showing process he kept us in the loop and always upbeat. When dealing with Warren we always felt that he listened to us and gave us 110 percent of his time and energy. His easy going personality just gave you that comfortable feeling of dealing with a friend not just a realtor. He is a professional through and through.
