Chiropractor Thomas didn't exam injury site, which led to erroneous diagnosis. His treatment was to have me lay on an antiquated roller bed covered with an old beach towel. The treatment rooms are divided by old dingy curtains that should never be in a medical facility. He used an instrument to relieve tight muscles in my back and leg but that does not work for an injured IT band. His equipment was stained with dirt & sweat and it was dusty. The only positive experience was his reception, she provided great service. She was polite, smart and helpful. I will NEVER recommend or return to that office.
If I had the option to put down a half-star rating, I would. This Doctor clearly does not know what he is doing. I got an adjustment from him since I was having minor pain on my back. Ever since that day, my back pain has been worse than ever. He was also rude and very impatient with me. As if he were rushing my procedure. He did not take his time with my adjustment, for all I know, he did not do any good for me. Rather, he messed me up even more. His prices are also ridiculously expensive! Expensive for bad service is just robbery. People put full trust to Doctors. I recommend taking your trust and healthy body far away from this place. You will only waste your time, money, and healthy body here. 0/10 would not recommend.
I had not been to a chiropractor for a few years. My husband did research and found Dr. Thomas. We both came to the appt together and was amazed that he took the time to explain and educate us regarding the visit. My back felt better after the adjustment. I also started bringing my 3 kids for an adjustment and they like it. Thank you
My husband and I were referred to Dr. Thomas by my mother in law. We have a 5 month old baby girl that has been experiencing colic and gas pains since she was a couple weeks old. Dr. Thomas is very kind and not only helped us with our baby girl, but we also see him weekly for adjustments. He is very thorough in his explanations about care plans and how everything works. I also love the receptionist, she is very personable and sweet. My family loves our weekly visits with Dr. Thomas.
